Loaded Watermelon Fries with Honey Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:

– 1 mini seedless watermelon – 2 cups Real California Greek yogurt, plain – 1-2 tablespoons honey – 1/2 lemon, juiced – 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano, optional – 1 cup crumbled Real California Feta cheese – 1/2 cup pitted kalamata olives – 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced – Chopped fresh mint, for garnish :Watermelon, Trending, Feta

Directions:

Cook time: 0 minutes

Cut watermelon in half using a sharp knife and remove the rind. Using a crinkle cutter, cut watermelon into 1/2-inch-thick by 3-inch-long fries.

In a medium serving bowl, combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and oregano.

Top fries with feta, olives and red onion. Serve with yogurt mixture and garnish with mint.
