Ingredientes:

– 4 cups packed fresh chives, cilantro, dill, mint, or parsley leaves and tender sprigs, or a combination, plus sprigs for garnish – 2 shallots, coarsely chopped – 2 teaspoons kosher salt – 2 pounds Real California European-style unsalted butter, room temperature – 24 radishes, ideally with greens, halved – 24 to 36 long thin breadsticks, such as Grissini, broken in half – Flaked salt, such as Maldon, for sprinkling Special equipment: 4-ounce serving cups (clear, flower pot style shown) :Radishes, Tea Party, Herb Butter, Flowers

Prep time: About 45 minutes

In a food processor, working in batches if necessary, combine herbs, shallots, and kosher salt and pulse to chop herbs and shallots. Add butter and pulse to combine. Transfer to 4-ounce serving cups. Arrange radishes and breadsticks in cups. Garnish with herb sprigs and a sprinkle of flaked salt.
