Broccoli Cheddar Tots: – 12 ounces broccoli florets – 3/4 cup Real California sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded – 2 tbsp onion, grated – ¼ cup Real California dry Jack cheese, finely grated – 1 garlic clove, smashed – 1 large egg – 1/2 cup panko – Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, for taste Tangy Ketchup Dip: – 1/3 cup Real California plain yogurt – 2 tbsp ketchup – 1 tbsp Real California buttermilk

Heat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until bright green and tender. Add to food processor along with onion, egg, garlic, cheddar, dry jack, and panko. Pulse to combine. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Form broccoli until tater tots. Season outside and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with yogurt feta dip.

For Tangy Ketchup Dip: mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
