California Holiday Cheese Wreath



– Real California Truffle Toma cheese – Real California Camembert or Brie – Real California Alpine-Style cheese – Dried citrus wheels (blood orange or mandarin) – Golden raisins – Candied pecans – Small honey pot – Crackers – Fresh herbs Equipment: – Honey server – Round cheese board or dish – Ribbon :Toma, Swiss, Honey Cow, Camembert, Brie, Cheese Board

Prep cheeses:

-Cut Brie (or Camembert) wheel into four horizontal round disks and then cut each of those in half.

-Cut Toma and Alpine cheeses into long triangular wedges

Assemble as shown (working outside in): Brie/Camembert slices around the outside of the round surface. Layer on wedges of Toma and Alpine cheeses; place honey pot in center of surface and surround with pecans. Tuck citrus wheels and herbs around edges. Sprinkle with raisins. Embellish with bow. Serve with crackers on the side (or tuck around edges of wreath).
