Orange Creamsicle Baked Oats



For oats: – 1 tablespoon Real California unsalted butter, for pan – 2 1/2 cups Real California whole milk – 1 cup orange juice – 2/3 cup maple syrup or honey – 4 large eggs – 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract – 5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats – 2 teaspoons baking powder – 2 teaspoons kosher salt For glaze and assembly: – 1 cup Real California Greek yogurt, plain – 2 tablespoons orange juice – 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey – 1 small navel orange, halved and sliced into half-moons :Creamsicle, Orange Cream

Cook time: 40 minutes

For oats: Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk milk, orange juice, maple syrup, egg and vanilla together until smooth. Stir in oats, baking powder and salt until combined.

Pour oat mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set and light golden-brown.

For glaze and assembly: In a small bowl whisk yogurt, orange juice and maple syrup together until combined.

Top baked oats with orange slices and glaze. Slice and serve.
