Air-Fryer Elote-Style Corn Ribs



– 1/4 cup Real California unsalted butter, room temperature – 1 tablespoon chili powder, plus more for garnish – 4 ears yellow corn, shucked – 1/4 cup mayonnaise – 1/2 cup Real California crumbled Queso Fresco – 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves – 2 limes, cut into wedges, for serving :Air Fryer, Trending, Queso Fresco, Cheese

Cook time: 10 minutes

In a small bowl, combine butter and chili powder. Set aside for brushing corn.

Slice ears of corn in half lengthwise. Cut halves in half lengthwise to create four ribs.

Brush ribs with butter mixture. Working in batches, if necessary, place ribs in air-fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes until corn is tender and light golden-brown.

Brush ribs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with Queso Fresco. Top with additional chili powder and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
