Blueberry Ginger Coconut Smoothie



– 2 1/2 cups Real California blueberry kefir or drinkable yogurt – 1 cup shredded coconut, plus more for garnish – 1 cup blueberries, frozen, plus more for garnish – 1 banana, frozen – 1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, optional – Honey or other sweetener to taste – Chopped candied ginger, for garnish :Frozen Drink, Smoothie, Kefir Drink, Coconut, Blueberries, Bananas, Ginger

Prep time: 10 minutes

In the jar of a blender, combine kefir, coconut, blueberries, banana, fresh ginger, vanilla, and turmeric, if using; blend until smooth. Add honey to taste. Serve garnished with additional coconut, blueberries, and candied ginger.

Makes 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
