Iced Spiced Berry Horchata Chai

Ingredients:

– 5 cups Real California whole milk – 8 ounces strawberries, hulled and sliced, plus more for garnish – 8 ounces raspberries, plus more for garnish – 1 1/2 cups long-grain white rice – 2 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish – 1 cup brewed chai tea, chilled – 3/4 cup sugar – 1 tablespoon vanilla extract – Real California half and half, for serving :Chai, Trending, Half & Half

Directions:

Prep time: 15 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes (plus steeping time)

Combine milk, strawberries, raspberries, rice and cinnamon in a blender and blend until smooth, about 2 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container, or bowl covered with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 8 hours to steep.

Strain rice mixture into large pitcher. Stir in chai tea, sugar and vanilla until combined. Serve in glasses filled with ice. Top with half and half as desired. Garnish with additional strawberries, raspberries and cinnamon sticks.

Serve and enjoy.

Serves: 12 servings

Tip: Feel free to substitute additional Real California whole milk for chai tea.
