Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, and frozen banana to a food processor or blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into serving dish and top with fresh raspberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
Note: Experiment with different toppings like crushed hazelnuts, coconut shreds, or a variety of fresh berries.
