– 2 cups Real California Milk, plain, fat free or low fat yogurt – 1 banana – 1/2 avocado – 1 heaping spoonful sugar-free peanut butter, preferably organic – 2 tbsp, unsweetened good quality cocoa powder – 3 pitted dates

In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into your favorite popsicle molds or small paper cups with a popsicle stick. Chill for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
