Prep time: 15 minutes, plus time to prep Milk Braised Pork Shoulder (30 minutes)
Cook time: 10 minutes, plus time to cook Milk Braised Pork Shoulder (2 hours)
Prepare Queso Mac and Cheese according to recipe directions, omitting last 2 ingredients. Also omit preheating the oven and buttering a baking dish.
Modify the last three steps in Queso Mac and Cheese recipe as follows:
Remove from heat and whisk in cheese until smooth. Stir in cooked pasta, shredded pork and 6 tablespoons cilantro. Spoon into serving dish and top with remaining 2 tablespoons of cilantro.
Serves 8 to 10.
