Refreshing Mango Chai Yogurt Milkshake

– 2 cups mango chunks, frozen – 1 cup Real California whole milk – 1 cup Real California plain yogurt – 1/4 cup honey – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon – 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom – 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger – 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg – Pinch ground cloves – 3 tablespoons wheat germ (optional) :Mango, Smoothie

Directions:

Prep time: 12 minutes

In the jar of a blender, combine mango, milk, yogurt, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and wheat germ, if using. Blend until smooth.

Yield: Approx 3 1/2 cups
