Wrap Mozzamini tots in proscuitto. Mix Mozzamini wasabi pearls with chopped up cucumber, tomatoes, avocadoes and diced red onion. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to prevent oxidation.
Distribute crackers, Mozzamini tots, pearl salad and other items throughout the five compartments. Pack and enjoy.
